Registration fee :$ 60

 

1. Close up of face

2. Name and age of dancer

3. Ballet segment

•    – Barre work– 3 minutes (one side only)

      Including plies, tendus and dégagés, adage with arabesque and attitude lines, grands battements. 

   – Centre practice-3 minutes

     – Pirouettes 

       From fifth, second, or fourth position on both the right and left sides (en dehors and en dedans). 

     – Allegro

       Warm-up jump, 

       Small jumps including, glissade, jeté, assemblé, etc. 

       Grand Allegro including grand jeté and grand jeté en tournant (Entre-lacé).

     – For Male dancers (OPTIONAL not a requirement).

       Tour en l’air (single or double), and batterie.

     – For Female dancers Pointe work (OPTIONAL not a requirement).

       Échappé in fifthe, second and fourth positions, retirés relevés, and diagonal of piqué turns.

4. Solo

   – 1-2 minutes contemporary solo (ideally dancer’s own creation, if not please include choreographer’s name).

 

Audition videos should not exceed 10 minutes. Additional footage may be requested from shortlisted candidates. The selected dancers will be invited to an interview with the Artistic Teams.
